She takes care of your needs to assure a restful adventure in an almost forgotten and lost ecological world. You'll have the opportunity to taste her delicious home cooking- Italian, French, Argentine, Spanish, Mexican cuisines and much more. And don't forget the desserts, our famous native " 3 leches " carrot cake, strawberries shortcake, cheese cake, flan c/dulce de leche, ice creams and more!!
Your host, Ruben, is responsible for making every one of the cottages a special dream place for you!! "Bodeguita", "Interlaken", "Old Tucson", "Taos", "Bonanza", "Big Bear", "Sevilla", "Aspen" and "Bourbon Street", Mykonos and Santorini.

 Francis, Karla, Karina and Lucia, our domestic staff and guest assistants perform "miracles" in the kitchen and guest cottages.  They attend to your needs by delivering your food trays, if you need to eat in your cottage, performing daily housekeeping duties and washing and drying your clothes, etc. They always have a ready smile and love serving you. Previous guests haved called them their "angels".
